Tim is the Vice-President and CFO of Ervolina Associates, Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based manufacturers’ representative firm serving the Florida kitchen and bath trade. His career has included a twenty-five-year career with local and statewide United Ways.

In 2006, he became the President and CEO of the United Way Association of South Carolina, the training, public policy, and technical assistance arm of the local United Ways that serve the people of South Carolina. He served in a number of statewide positions appointed by Governors Mark Sanford and Nikki Haley to improve the health, education, and financial stability of South Carolina’s most vulnerable residents.

Additionally, he served in a number of national efforts, focusing on asset-based community development, community stewardship, and volunteerism. In 2016, he retired from his service with United Way. He and his wife, Kendra DeMarco, make their home in Asheville, North Carolina.
