Steve is the owner/CEO of The Goble Group, a leadership development organization serving small to medium-sized businesses and their teams in Central PA and the surrounding areas. He is passionate about helping people grow and solve problems.
As an author, a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team, and a Certified Human Behavior Consultant, Steve was a 2017 ’40 Under 40’ recipient from the Central Penn Business Journal. Steve currently resides in Lancaster County, PA with his family, where he enjoys petting other people’s dogs and a good pint of IPA or dram of whiskey. No, he and his family are not Amish.
