Patrick discusses what an operating system really is for a nonprofit with Doug Paul. Doug is the CEO of ImpactCo and author of the bestselling book Built for Impact, and creator of the Impact Operating System. He has started or led multiple nonprofits. Over the last two decades, he has worked with more than 1,300 nonprofits and loves when vision makes its way to reality. He lives in Richmond, Virginia, along with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three teenagers. He is also, regrettably, severely colorblind.
