Debby Andrews is a seasoned instructional design professional with a background in multimedia design and art direction. For more than 25 years, she has been helping organizations develop their staff through engaging and innovative training solutions, including e-learning, instructor-led training, or a blended approach.

Her work includes designing and writing training for nationally recognized entities, such as: Toyota Financial Services • National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) • Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) • U.S. Army • U.S. Navy And providing instructional design consulting services for smaller organizations, such as: • IVID Communications, Inc. • Cynosure New Media, Inc. • Safal Partners, Inc. • Manhattan Strategy Group, Inc.

Outside of her work, Debby enjoys getting ideas from home improvement shows and taking leisurely drives through the countryside with her husband of 42 years. They have four children and eight grandchildren who they don’t see often enough.
