Clayton brings creative ideas, solves technical problems, and helps produce and maintain digital content for The Leader’s Perspective.

In addition to background experience in sales and management positions, he has worked in the customer service and hospitality industry for over 13 years.

Having also been involved with The Leader’s Perspective since its inception over 15 years ago, Clayton has served in several capacities from brand design and architecture to photography and video production. Additionally, he has provided web development and digital/print media solutions for various TLP clients over the years.

He currently helps design and manage TLP’s website as well as our YouTube and podcast channels, and continues to assist in the development and delivery of some of the services that The Leader’s Perspective offers, including leadership training and coaching material, course videos, and client packages.
